The typical process for if a lesson is missed is to contact STEM Odyssey at least 4hrs in advance. This lesson will then be rescheduled at the next most convenient time. Same process applies to out tutors they are to let us know 4hrs in advance as a minimum if they can't make a lesson.

STEM Odyssey offers discounted Trial Lessons before signing onto any plan. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of tutoring, STEM Odyssey has numerous tutors and we can always swap your tutor for another. In the event you decide you no longer want to continue with STEM Odyssey you will be refunded the remaining amount of your plan minus a $20 service fee.
